Hey John and all,
I actually am going thru minor depression that there are no more home games to go to. I did the road trip to WKU which was awesome. No chance in heck with my job (CPA office) I could go to charlotte or Texas. Have you heard of the UAB super fan -John Valekis (probably did not spell his name correctly), but I think he has gone to every home and away game for the season. I know on the Monday Blazer Radio show it was mentioned he would be in Denton, TX for the CUSA tourney. (pretty jealous of that).
Obviously, I would love to see the team make the NCAA tournament and make a run. I think that is what the team wants most.
I did look on one of those Bracketology websites and when I last looked UAB was a 4 seed in the NIT, and I still hope if they don’t make the NCAA tournament that maybe they could host a game here in Birmingham. Great Podcast & I look forward to next weeks Podcast for the tourney, Etc.
