Had to listen to the Podcast for a second time. Already left comments on YouTube, but after listening a second time I have these comments:
1. What did AK say about the Fans from the ECU game? I had to miss the game (only game I missed) because we had to attend the funeral of my wife’s grandmother. I gave my tickets to my dad and he and a friend went.
2. Last night on Blazer Sportline Coach Kennedy said and challenged that Bartow should have at least 6,500 at every men’s home game.
3. I have always felt Birmingham has struggled to support any other sport’s teams other than Alabama & Auburn. Although, I keep hearing recently the Bulls Hockey in Pelham has near capacity crowds of 4,500. What other things can UAB do to enhance the fan experience and keep those people casual or diehard coming back for more.
4. I challenge and hope that after this win that UAB has fantastic crowds for basketball, and that energy helps keeps the team winning.
5. I have turned my Dad into a UAB basketball fan, and he has never really been much of a sports fan like me.
